2018 Marriage Conference

On behalf of the Central Pointe Marriage Ministry, I’d like to personally invite you to this year’s conference: “This is How We Do It” featuring awarding-winning artist Montell Jordan and his wife Kristin. Since you attended last year, we wanted to give you a sneak peek at what’s in store for this year!

The conference will again be held at the DFW Hilton Lake Conference Center in Grapevine on Sunday, May 27 and May 28, 2018. Registration is $150 per couple which includes workshop materials, Sunday dinner, and breakfast on Monday for those staying onsite. You can register online here:

What’s New This Year?

Saturday Night, May 26: An optional Date Night for registered couples at Dallas’ Trinity Groves. We’ll mix, mingle, and have a little fun together to kick off the conference.

Sunday Morning, May 27: Bible Class & Worship at Central Pointe Mesquite. We’ll begin the conference at 8:00 a.m. in an exciting bible study together followed by a dynamic worship experience with a message for married couples.

Sunday Afternoon: After lunch on your own, the first session will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the hotel. Local marriage restoration therapists MOCHA MARRIAGE will be facilitating workshops for the wives and husbands separately as well as a joint session.

Sunday Night: We’re going to Wakanda, y’all! The theme for our formal dinner is “Honeymoon in Wakanda” and we’d love to see every couple dressed for the occasion. Featured speakers Montell & Kristin Jordan will begin their series of workshops and then we’ll dance the night away. A photographer will be on hand to capture Wakanda’s finest citizens!

Monday: We’ll jump right into workshops with the Jordans then break for lunch before one final workshop and a vow renewal to conclude the conference.

Doesn’t this sound exciting? We’ll have contests for the Best-Dressed Couples at each session. Come prepared to have fun all weekend!

So….. Will you and your spouse be there?

The Hilton has given us a great rate at $109/night which includes a hot breakfast. You can reserve the room at this link: http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/D/DFWAHHF-4LP-20180527/index.jhtml

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We look forward to sharing this experience with you as we grow closer to each other and in fellowship with the Lord.

Shay Cathey, on behalf of the Central Pointe Marriage Ministry.
