Voter Registration
We are looking for Volunteer Deputy Registrars to assist in registering our members to vote. We have members who live in Dallas, Tarrant, Kaufman, Rockwall, Rowlette, Collin, and Ellis Counties who may need to be registered to vote and we want to ensure we can do just that. Email: cpcocdallas@centralpointechurch.org which counties you are deputized with.
Our Voter Registration campaign will begin Sunday, September 7th and end on Sunday, Oct 5th.
“Do Something”
Michelle Obama said, “Do Something”! Generation Next is hosting a “Get-Out-To Vote” postcard writing campaign event on Sunday, September 29th following worship in the Celebration Hall. We have the material…..we need volunteers, of all ages, to “Do Something”! If interested, please sign up at the Welcome Center. October Anniversary Celebration Month
Another year of Celebration. We’re blessed to be able to celebrate our 24th year as a congregation. The celebration will begin with our Dr. Reginald B. Dulin Anniversary Musical, Saturday, October 5th, at 5:00 p.m. followed by great speakers each Sunday. Don’t forget to invite the following designated groups each week:

Central Pointe Annual Walk Run Event

Youth Empowerment Summit
We’re excited to invite all youth in grades 6-12 to YES24! Join us for our Youth Empowerment Summit on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This year’s theme is “Standing on Business.” We’ll also discuss the 3 C’s—Communication, Confidence, and Character—and the 3 E’s—Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Education.

Holy-ween Festival
Volunteers are needed for Holy-Ween on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Help greet visitors, assist with games, or the setup and breakdown all activities. Men are especially needed. High school students can earn community service hours needed to graduate.

2025 Black History Program
Generation Next is preparing for the 2025 Black History Program scheduled on Sunday, February 2nd. We would love for ALL the youth at Central Pointe to participate. We need youth who can sing, act, step, do spoken word, or serve on our support team. Whatever your talent, we want you to participate.

Men’s Life Group
ManUp meets every first Saturday of the month at 6: 30 a.m. in the CP Celebration Hall.
Men should always pray and not give up. Every Tuesday, the Men @ The Pointé will host a weekly prayer call, gathering together to petition God on behalf of our families, our community, and the Central Pointé congregation at large.

Penny’s ChildCare & Learning Center has openings available. We offer an appropriate and balanced quality program for infants and children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. We accept CCA assistance. Our Learning Center is licensed with the State of Texas’ Department of Family and Protective services.
