2026 Church-wide 8-Week Fast – January & February
We will engage in our Corporate Church-wide Fast during the months of January & February. Each week will be devoted to specific prayers:

Kingdom Kids

ALL parents of children in Kingdom Kids are required to attend a mandatory parent meeting this Sunday, January 25th, 2026, immediately following worship service.This meeting is very important as we will be sharing updates, expectations, and upcoming plans for our children’s ministry. Your presence ensures that we continue providing a safe, engaging, and faith-filled environment for your children.

HR Ministry (Human Resources)
Following today’s service, there is a Human Resources Ministry meeting in Room 108 for those who signed up for the HR Ministry Team, and for those who are interested in working with the team and missed signing up during the Ministry Fair. Please meet Maria Evans in Room 108 for more information regarding the HR purpose and plans for our Central Pointe membership and the Community we serve. Meeting Duration: 15-20 minutes.
Bridge - Her Space
Ladies of the Bridge Life Group, please join us Saturday, January 31st @ 3pm in the Celebration Hall for ‘Her Space.’ Her Space is a social-style event where we will have the opportunity to come together, let down our hair, release a breath of fresh air, and socialize about everything! Joined by our amazing First Lady Sister Shalonda Dulin, we will utilize this safe space to fellowship, laugh, and connect. You do not want to miss this! We hope to see you there!

Black History Program & Soul Food Dinner
Generation Next presents, “Untold Stories from Black History” on Sunday, February 1st to kick off Black History month. The program starts at 1:15 p.m.
Now, while you’re waiting for the program to start, join us in our Soul Food fundraising dinner to support our annual graduate program. Star Pointe Saints (ages 65 & up)
Join the Star Pointe Saints for an outing to the Dallas World Aquarium on Saturday, February 7th! We will leave the church at 11:15 a.m., and our tour will begin at noon.
The cost is $23 per person. Spaces are limited to the first 20 seniors to sign up and pay, with a deadline of Sunday, February 1st. Lunch at a nearby location will follow the aquarium visit. Stop by the Welcome Center for more information and to sign up.
Generation Next - Giggles & Grace

Parents and girls, you’re invited to something special! Generation Next is launching Giggles & Grace, a new faith-based group for girls 1st through 4th grade. This is a space where girls will be encouraged, celebrated, and reminded of who God created them to be. Through fun activities, Bible lessons, creativity, and friendship, we hope to empower the next generation of daughters to shine brightly in their families, schools, and communities—knowing they are uniquely created with purpose and love.
To kick things off, we’re hosting our “Bloom & Grow” Welcome Party, open to both girls and parents on Saturday, February 7th! Marriage Conference 2026
Attention Married Couples! We are ONE MONTH AWAY from the 2026 Marriage Conference on Saturday, February 14 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Marriott Las Colinas. There is still time to register, and you don’t want to miss this year’s special event.

CarePortal Mission
As the needs in our community continue to grow, Central Pointe is expanding the CarePortal service team to better serve individuals and families experiencing crisis. CarePortal is a partner ministry of Central Pointe Church of Christ that functions as a community benevolence program, providing timely support such as housing assistance, clothing, and other essential needs for those facing traumatic situations.
This opportunity is ideal for those who have a heart for serving others, value teamwork, and want to make a tangible impact where needs are immediate.

Gospel Justice Center
Central Pointe family, the Gospel Justice Center has officially launched and is now in the process of screening and accepting clients for our next opening of Wed. Jan. 21!
Rooted in Micah 6:8 (to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God) this ministry exists to provide affordable legal counsel for individuals facing civil legal matters and in need of guidance, advocacy, and support.
This service is available to both CPCC members and the general public. Due to capacity, we are currently able to accept a limited number of clients, and services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Men’s Life Group
Shop Talk meets every first Saturday of the month at 6:30 a.m. in the CP Celebration Hall.
Men should always pray and not give up. Every Tuesday, the Men @ The Pointé will host a weekly prayer call, gathering together to petition God on behalf of our families, our community, and the Central Pointé congregation at large.
